| Bio/About | Cassondra Khadijah Adams is originally from Sugar Land, Texas. In 1997, she started her first business while raising four sons as a single mother. Khadijah grew that company into a nationwide business in six months. Over the years, she has successfully coached hundreds of women in business and believes that “Girls Compete – Women Empower!” In 2014, Ms. Adams expanded her business into the cannabis industry by way of the Colorado market. She sits on the Board of C. E. Hutton and is the founder of The GreenStreet Academy. Ms. Adams is the co-author of The Minority Report, an annual marketing analysis of Minority-owned companies in the cannabis and hemp industries. She is Chair Emeritus of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the NCIA for the year 2021-2022. She also sits on the Advisory Board of Calyxeum (MI) and on the Board of Cannabis Can Ohio. Ms. Adams is a motivational speaker and the published author of “Rewriting Your Mental Script – 8 Mindsets That Defeat Self Sabotage”. Ms. Adams works with women in business who are in a variety of different industries, including but not limited to the cannabis industry. Khadijah is the host of The Cannabis Minority Report podcast. The goal of The Cannabis Minority Report podcast is to share weekly news and updates about Minorities in the CBD, cannabis, and hemp industries. Ms. Adams interviews minority entrepreneurs, minority-owned companies, companies that support social equity, social equity applicants, and a host of other cannabis industry leaders and pioneers. The Cannabis Minority Report podcast is powered by the NCIA. Khadijah hosts “Cannabis and Coffee with Khadijah Adams” on Clubhouse every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 AM CST. |
