As Women Working in Cannabis we are powerful and strong when we are unified and weak and vulnerable when we are divided. At the Leadership Summit we revealed the 4 P’s and we encourage all women in the industry to consider taking the pledge to PAY, PARTNER, PROMOTE and PROTECT women.
